- Create, update, adhere to, and enforce safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee the accurate completion of physical and administrative tasks related to receiving, inspection, storage, and fulfillment (shipping) of materials within assigned storage locations.
- Ensure bin locations are properly maintained and materials are labeled correctly.
- Audit shipments to guarantee quality and accuracy.
- Perform data entry and maintain records of material movements and other documentation.
- Stay current with training requirements in TEDs.
- Collaborate with internal customers and external suppliers, addressing workgroup needs effectively.
- Ensure all communications are responded to promptly (within 24 hours) and accurately.
Continuous Improvement
- Actively contribute to the implementation and maintenance of a LEAN culture to maximize resources, minimize waste, and improve operational efficiency across the end-to-end customer value stream.
- Ensure departmental 0-D-I-P (On-Time Delivery, Inventory, Production) targets are achieved.
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits and inspections, ensuring full compliance.
- Identify and lead or participate in improvement projects (Kaizen, QEK, or similar) that align with and support overall business objectives.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements.
