You Will
- Properly operate Lift Trucks -Stock/Cherry Pickers.
- Complete Order Picker checklist and ensure pallet is on forks before lifting.
- Ensure battery level is not below 25%.
- Ensure the safety harness is in good condition as well as the lanyard.
- Safely pick up pallets from staging locations.
- Put away items. Documenting their locations with Accuracy.
- Practice Safe material handling.
- Count pieces put away and compare with the scanner.
- Ensure the items put away match with current stock.
- Make sure that each item has a label.
- Ensuring cleanliness of work area at the end of the day.
- Meet the expectation quota.
- Help other departments if needed.
You Must Have
- Intermediate interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
- Flexible attitude.
- Self-motivation and a determination to succeed.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Detail management.
- Availability to work the necessary hours to deliver high-quality output.
- A clean and organized work area.
- Willingness to work extended hours (Overtime) when needed.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- The ability to safely operate stock/cherry picker.
