**Position:** Warehouse Forklift Operator

**Location:** Emporia, KS

**Pay:** $15.50 - $20/hr (DOE)

**Schedule:** Rotating 12 hour shifts

**Warehouse Forklift Operator Position Summary:**

The Warehouse Forklift Operator works with minimum supervision and as part of a team to receive, inspect, pick, re-work, inventory, document, load, and ship unitized and non-unitized products. This position requires a combination of manual labor and extensive use of industrial equipment (e.g. forklift, electric pallet jack, stretch-wrapper, pallet inverter, etc.). A Warehouse Forklift Operator must maintain a commitment to safety, strong math skills, and the ability to use computer equipment such as RF barcode scanners, computers, and printers.

**Job Requirements**

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience of the Warehouse Forklift Operator:**

* *2+ years of recent warehouse and forklift experience is preferred*.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 40 lbs.

* Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

* High school diploma/GED required.
