Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pallet Puller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently pulling and preparing pallets for order fulfillment. This role is crucial in maintaining the flow of operations within our logistics and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently pull pallets of products from designated warehouse shelves based on order requirements.

  • Verify product quantities and specifications against orders to ensure accuracy.

  • Utilize appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks and forklifts) to transport pallets safely.

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment, complying with health and safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.

  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, such as cleaning and packing product

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but not required.

  • Ability to operate a pallet jack, forklift, or other warehouse machinery (certification may be required).

  • Strong attention to detail and communication

  • Good physical condition; must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

  • Basic math and reading skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexible availability, including the potential for overtime or varying shifts.

  • Reliable transportation is required

Pay Details: $24.53 per hour
