We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator experienced in loading heavy loads onto flatbed trailers. The ideal candidate should have strong forklift operation skills and a focus on safety. If you have a proven track record in this area, we encourage you to apply. We are looking for Forklift Operators for our warehouse located in Amherst, NH. Schedule Monday - Friday, 10am- 6:30pm, full benefits after 60 days, paid holidays! Pay starts at $20 per hour.Forklift Operator will be responsible for: • Effectively perform all essential functions, including physical requirements • Ability to move awkward product lengths and weight. • Experience with operating a forklift with a rate rating of 6,500 pounds. • Use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and company-approved tools while remaining aware of hazards and maintaining a safe work environment. • Basic math, interpersonal/team, and reasoning skills • Ability to read, understand, and carry out written procedures and standard work instructions. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Flexibility in scheduling - able to work overtime as needed Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in distribution or manufacturing environment. • Experience operating a forklift primarily with product weights of 2500 lbs. or more. • Prior experience lifting wide loads as long as 18 feet. • Minimum one year of experience operating a forklift. • High School Diploma or GED About Novo Novo Building Products is an industry-leading manufacturer and distributor of stair parts, mouldings, doors, and specialty millwork, along with a variety of board products.
