Warehouse Selector Are you a top performer and want to be rewarded with a great income? Our warehouse selectors average between 40-50 hours per week and can earn up to $28.00 per hour with incentives! Starting Pay rate is $19.50 per hour Our warehouse teammates move product through our DCs quickly and safely, ensuring orders are filled and loaded for deliveries. - Pay rate: Starting/Training - $19.50, Step 2: once you achieve your production goal of maintaining 95% accuracy of selecting and 95% scan rate for 4 consecutive weeks, pay increases to - $24.50 per hour, With our performance Incentives , you can earn up to $28.00 per hour.
- Schedule: First Shift starting at 7:00AM and goes until work is completed. Currently our warehouse team members are working 8-10hr days. You will work 4 days per week. Some days maybe longer and some maybe shorter depending on the workload for the day. Work days are Mon, Tues, Thurs, & Fri. Off days are: Tues, Wed, & Sat.
