Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Verify the precision of packed and palletized products for shipment.
  • Thoroughly document all shipments.
  • Utilize effective communication and motivational techniques when leading, training, coaching, and disciplining employees.
  • Assist in planning daily tasks to support shift activities and meet schedule requirements.
  • Collaborate with other Distribution Center Leaders and Supervisors to attain departmental and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the supervisor to identify the root causes of quality defects and propose potential process changes to prevent future issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all necessary records and reports.
  • Collaborate with the supervisor to develop, update, and monitor daily and weekly metrics essential for materials picking on the production lines.
  • Pick products for outbound distribution operations, internal departments, and ECHO's production line.
  • Guarantee the use of proper, safe, and compliant shipping methods, especially in relation to forklift operations.
  • Safely manage both hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
Qualifications:
  • Three years of experience in distribution.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Exceptional mathematical and verbal communication skills, capable of meeting deadlines and performing well under pressure.
  • Proficient in communication with individuals at all levels of management.
  • Preferably holds certification in Stand-up or Sit-down forklift operation.
