We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department at the warehouse site.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide variety of responsible clerical, technical, administrative, and office support duties in support to the HR Supervisor.
• Work closely with HR Supervisor and assist on employee and temp staffing
• Floor presence in all areas of warehouse
• Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
• Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
• Compile reports from personnel databases
• Review and update HR information system records
• Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants

​Qualifications:

• Associates degree in human resource science or general business administration with a concentration in human resource management preferred.
• Previous experience in Human Resources
• General knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (with a high proficiency in EXCEL)
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
