  • Support electrical controls assembly area by moving, tracking, and counting production orders
  • Move parts and paperwork from manufacturing area to warehouse to ensure timely inventory transactions and accuracy
  • Cycle count production order inventory and identify any physical and systematic shortages
  • Collaborate with warehouse team to locate shortages
  • Work with materials planner to feed assembly area with production orders that support the production schedule
  • Create warehouse tasks in ERP to pull production orders and shortages
  • Develop skills to perform basic, repetitive and manual activities in the job
  • Understand own tasks and have a basic awareness of the work performed by the rest of the team
  • Impacts the efficiency and accuracy of own work
  • Promote personal accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) by adhering to the principles and guidelines outlined in HMH's HSSE governing policy
Required Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Experience: 2 years of experience in warehousing or manufacturing Skills and Abilities:
  • Fork lift certified
  • Requires basic communication skills and common courtesy
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office products, i.e., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with ERP preferred, i.e. SAP, Oracle
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship
