Job Summary
The Warehouse Inventory Specialist maintains a perpetual inventory of materials, equipment, supplies and other general stock items. Incumbent performs receiving, stocking, and packing outbound warehouse assets for Arkansas Blue Cross and its subsidiaries
Requirements
EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent.
LICENSING/CERTIFICATION
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
EXPERIENCE
Experience operating forklift.

Responsibilities
Ability to perform physical demands of sitting, standing, lifting, bending, walking and performing other work requiring minimum physical exertion of 50 pounds, Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and forklift, ensuring operation is according to applicable motor vehicle regulations, traffic laws, company policy and safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, auto insurance guidelines. Follows warehouse safety regulations, Able for after hours, holidays and weekends shipments, when requested, Receives shipments from suppliers, stocks items in warehouse, maintaining inventory in an orderly and efficient manner, and fills supply requests of warehouse stock, which may include loading and delivering to various locations. Assists in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts. Maintains accurate receiving and delivery logs
