The **Warehouse Labor** will be required to do warehouse work using forklifts to unload and load trucks and railcars. The ability to work with others to be productive is essential to the success of this position, the company, and all team members. All team members in the entire organization are to treat each other in the same manner that they would expect to be treated themselves.
**Essential Duties Include**
* Must maintain regular, dependable attendance and a high level of performance
* Follow written and verbal directions to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
* Read, write, and communicate in English & understand basic math.
* Learn from directions, observations, and mistakes and apply procedures using good judgment.
* Working knowledge of Watco Safety and Operating principles.
* Read and accurately interpret company documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and federal and state regulations.
* Communicate professionally and effectively.
* Inspect completed work to insure quality and compliance.
* Ability to work outside and withstand extreme weather conditions.
* Must be able to work with a team, take direction and follow work rules, as well as, take on additional job responsibilities as needed or assigned.
**Job Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Good Driving Record
* Must be 18 years or older
