**Warehouse Lead (Evening Shift)**

We are looking for a **Warehouse Lead** to join our 2nd shift!
This is a full-time, permanent position.
**SHIFT IS MONDAY-THURSDAY, 3:30PM-12AM**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** Coordinate pickers and flow of inventory pickingHelp with cycle counting and ad hoc inventory checks Receive and record new stock as it comes in-process and sorts returns Pick inventory per production orders maintaining cleanliness warehouse Ensure department executes delegated tasks by priority Perform start/end of shift duties including daily preventative maintenance Lead quality control within the department Motivate team members Discover training needs and suggest coaching/training to Manager Listen to team members feedback and work with the Manager to resolve Overtime is available especially during peak periods Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bending, twisting, and reaching are required
**Special Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:** Knowledge of preparing and shipping palletsPrior inventory and/or receiving experience Hi-Lo experience computer skillsAbility to work well in a team environment Speed and accuracy are essential Attention to detail is a must! Solid communication and leadership skills
