Warehouse Lead
OnTrack Staffing is hiring for a Warehouse Lead in Coppell TX. Client is a fast-growing partner with several industry leaders.
Available shift:
Monday thru Friday 1st shift, $23.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize resources to ensure smooth production flow to meet business demands
- Coach, direct, reprioritize personnel as needed
- Gather shift performance numbers and prepare reports
- Participate in meetings where issues are identified and solved as a team
- Act as liaison between production and management
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement processes
- Championing safety and quality assurance standards
- Strong warehouse with computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Assume additional responsibilities as requested
Job Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- 3-5 years of supervisor and or lead experience is needed
- Previous knowledge of inventory is needed
- Previous knowledge of warehouse management systems is needed
- Good bilingual verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to deal effectively with conflict in a mature & consistent manner
- Proven track record of team member training and development is needed
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and electronics schematics
- Experienced in design and set up of production lines
