Job Title: Warehouse LeadJob DescriptionThe main purpose of this role is to process material while maintaining an accurate physical and system inventory of raw materials and finished goods. This position requires someone with warehouse experience and proficiency with a forklift. The shift for this role is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Responsibilities- Receive raw materials, verify counts and weights, and put them into stock.
- Utilize production orders to pick raw materials and kit them for transfer to the production floor.
- Enter all transfers and inventory movement into the computer system.
- Receive finished products from production, verifying counts and weights to ensure they reconcile with inventory issued.
- Enter counts and weights into the computer system.
- Prepare and package products for shipment to customers.
- Assign products to customer orders or put them into inventory.
- Assist with other stockroom duties as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Support a safety culture by following all safety rules, including reporting all incidents and near misses.
Essential Skills- Basic math skills, ability to utilize a scale, and perform conversions.
- Data entry skills.
- Ability to read and write in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, judgment, and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Warehouse experience.
- Experience with forklift operation.
- Skills in stocking, shipping, receiving, and using an RF scanner.
- Experience with pallet jacks.
