This position will manage the warehouse operations and team of 20 employees. This warehouse supports the operations of a plastics manufacturing plant. This involves incoming and outgoing product, scheduling shipments, scheduling employees work hours and more. The company is looking for a strong leader, someone with some logistics or warehouse management experience. The key is leadership. This group has not had a strong supervisor is some time. It is a great team with a long tenure at the company, but they need a leader to drive focus on the mission and team pride. Base pay of $70-$78k plus bonuses of 10% or more. Full benefits package with all the bells and whistles of a large international company.
