Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Dedicated to Grocery warehouse (EXE) and Supply Chain – US supply chain area.
Manage and support the EXE Warehouse Management System (WMS) in a Windows environment with an Informix database.
Develop technical specifications and test plans with validation.
Understand and support the customized older version of the client's EXE WMS.
Create Technical Design Documents/specifications from Functional Requirement Documents.
Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Technical Skills/Experience:
Proficiency with EXE warehouse management software is required.
Knowledge of Infor is an extreme plus.
Familiarity with DemandTec is a plus.
Experience with retail/grocery systems and merchandising solutions.
Ability to create test plans with validations.
Mainframe and/or midrange programming experience is highly advantageous.
Experience with DemandTec, pricing, promotions, and other supply chain, marketing, and merchandising systems is beneficial.
Unix/Linux operating system knowledge.
Shell scripting experience.
Proficiency with operating system tools (vi, sed, etc.).
Informix database, Informix-SQL, and Informix-4GL language experience.
WMS-EXE Application Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of the full cycle of a WMS system:
Product Maintenance
Receiving
Storage
Picking
Packing
Shipping
Hands-on experience with EXE transaction screens, data flow, administrative tools, and reports.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Assertive and independent worker with strong proactive communication and follow-through skills.
Clear verbal and written communication.
Team player and self-starter with attention to detail.
Importance placed on technical documentation.
Understanding of interactions between applications and infrastructure.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $84,100 - $156,100.
