Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods, including raw materials and finished products going in and out of the warehouse.
• Responsible for making sure productivity targets are met and that the warehouse processes run smoothly and efficiently
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
• Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on warehouse operations
• Achieve and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and meet or exceed productivity targets
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods and manage a high-volume warehouse environment
• Continuously improve and implement warehouse processes and systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 yrs of warehouse managerial experience preferably within manufacturing
• Experience leading, training and developing a warehouse team
• Must be proficient with warehouse software packages and MS Office
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to both manage staff and coordinate warehouse operations effectively
