**WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Kenansville, NC**
As a member of the Materials team, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding storage space for the raw materials and finished goods warehouse and balancing the flow of inbound and outbound transportation.
**The Role:**
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
* Managing and expanding storage space for the raw materials and finished goods warehouse using PFEP (Plan for Every Part) Methodology.
* Managing the supervisors and employees of the warehouse teams.
* Balance the flow of inbound and outbound transportation to optimize warehouse processes.

**Your Qualifications:**
* BS Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
* Experience in a large-scale redesign and improvement of plant storage.
* Proven leadership experience both as the manager of a department and as a member of the site management team.
**Bonus If You Have:**
* Continuous improvement or process engineering experience.
