**Warehouse Manager**

As the Warehouse Manager, you will create/ maintain process controls within our facility based in Anaheim, CA. You will possess exceptional inventory control concepts. You understand that innovation and efficiency is necessary to be a successful implementor and sustainer of process control in the warehouse. You will not only maintain organization and cleanliness throughout our facility, but also assist with managing purchase orders for ad hoc projects and worksites. In addition, you will be solely responsible for handling and receiving all materials within the warehouse.

Responsibilities:
* Run site with safety and efficiently as top priorities
* Audit Purchase Orders
* Audit and create inventory reports
* Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
* Knowledgeable with OSHA safety guidelines
* Update and maintain new inventory process
* Data entry for all parts/materials within the warehouse
* Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
* Keep up to date on the latest federal and state safety regulations
* Participate and add value to safety meetings
* Unload freight from trucks as they come in
* Organize freight on shelves/racks, staging areas, and lockup cage
* Communicate with other departments/ worksites to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
* Ensure that all technicians/project managers understand how to add/remove items from new inventory process
* Utilize forklift to help carry heavy equipment
Qualifications:
* 2 years of warehouse management/inventory management
* Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
* Strong organization and prioritizing skills
* Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks
* Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions in a challenging environment
* Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Forklift certification required (if you do not have this, we can provide training/certification)
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to stand for extended periods of times
* Ability to safely operate material handling equipment as needed
* Ability to work in warehouse environment on concrete flooring and in varying temperatures
* Ability to lift to 75 lbs
Education and/or Experience:
* Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain or Purchase Ordering experience preferred
* Associates Degree with Equivalent Experience or commensurate experience
* Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills
* The ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce in an ever-changing, warehouse environment
* Intermediate computer experience, ideally with Microsoft products
Additional Information
* Warehouse Hours: Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm (No Weekends)
* Benefits available after first full month of active work duty
* This position IS NOT remote and will be based out of Anaheim, CA
