We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to help build, manage, and scale our fulfillment operation in Woodbridge, ON. We are an adaptable, solution-focused, fast-paced team looking for an energetic person who would like to have a rare opportunity to join one of Canadas fastest growing companies.

**What you'll be doing:**

* Manage day-to-day warehouse operations within your facility and cross-facility as required to meet SLAs and achieve KPIs

* Hire, coach and lead and develop a team of Supervisors, Leads, and Associates

* Oversee all verticals of the business including receiving operations, direct-to-consumer fulfillment, wholesale fulfillment, cross-facility transfers, co-packing services and outbound shipping

* Drive continuous improvement within the facility to increase productivity, accuracy, safety and decrease costs

* Increase employee engagement through onboarding/training programs, warehouse stand-ups, regular touchpoints, and a structured leadership team

* Escalate and problem-solve warehouse issues in a rapid change/growth environment

* Solve complex inventory/customer issues and internal escalations

* Analyze and draw insights from data and workflows to improve processes

* Manage the hiring process for all warehouse staff

**Qualifications:**

* Relevant Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

* 8+ years of relevant professional work experience in fulfillment, warehousing, and/or distribution

* 3+ years of facility management leadership experience

* Strong written & verbal communication skills

* Experience directly managing and coaching a large workforce of hourly supervisors and team members

* Strong leadership in managing a fast-paced operations

* Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback

* Ability to leverage data to identify trends and drive decisions

* Forklift certification and applicable provincial certification an asset

* Willingness to work hard and get your hands dirty at a fast-growing start-up

* Weekend availability. You are able to work 5 days a week, flexible with weekends.
