Position Overview:
The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in improving operational efficiency, uniting the team, and establishing strong processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 15+ warehouse employees, ensuring high levels of performance, organization, and teamwork.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
- Optimize and implement efficient processes for product movement, from receipt to organized shelving, to meeting demand.
- Build a cohesive, goal-oriented team by providing leadership, guidance, and development opportunities.
- Implement new systems and technology to streamline workflows and bring the company forward.
- Utilize strong technical skills (including Excel) to manage and analyze inventory data and operational metrics.
- Manage the warehouse budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in operations, equipment, and labor.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
- Resolve complex operational issues through effective problem-solving and process improvements.
- Foster a collaborative environment, especially with employees who have limited experience, by offering hands-on guidance and support.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of warehouse management experience, as well as budgeting, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- 4+ years of strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to unite and motivate a mid-sized diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Technical proficiency in warehouse management systems and tools (especially Microsoft Excel).
- Ability to develop and implement processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- A team-oriented mindset, outgoing personality, and a goal-driven approach to achieving operational success.
Compensation:
$80 - $90K depending on experience
Position in onsite Mon Friday , 7:30 - 4:30 or 8:30 - 5:30
