Position Overview: The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in the storage and distribution of goods. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Lead and train warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
  • Implement and monitor inventory management practices to ensure accuracy and reduce waste.
  • Develop and enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and throughput.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall business goals.
  • Conduct regular audits and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Prepare and manage budgets related to warehouse operations.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and management principles.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) are a plus.
