We are Robosource, and we are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our rapidly growing e-commerce business. From our beginnings in 2015 to raise funds for a VEX Robotics Competition community team, we have evolved into a leading provider of products that support educational robotics as well as a trusted distributor of plastic materials for consumer and commercial use.

Our mission is to support students, educators, and teams in their robotics education and competition adventures throughout the country and internationally. We communicate directly with the robotics community, listen to their needs, and strive to always create solutions to their challenges. Across the country, our team of 14-foot tall, bright orange, inflatable Robosaurus dinosaurs spreads fun and excitement at robotics events.

As our Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including picking and packing, receiving, assembly and production, inventory, and quality control. While supervising our team of 5-7 warehouse personnel you remain hands-on, always ready to roll up your sleeves, jump on a forklift, and assist with whatever is needed.

Bringing your expertise and experience to our warehouse will allow you to organize and advance our processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Your success will significantly impact providing fast, reliable service to the robotics community and beyond.
