- Oversee daily warehouse and production operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and safety.
- Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse and production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage inventory processes, ensuring accurate records and timely deliveries.
- Identify and implement best practices to continuously improve warehouse and production processes.
- Analyze production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Logistics, Sales) to achieve business goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and address operational challenges.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance and inventory levels to senior management.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, production supervision, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and production planning software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven track record of effective team leadership and staff development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as needed.
