Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels.Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.Oversee cycle counting procedures to minimize stock loss and improve accuracy.Manage inventory forecasting and replenishment to optimize stock levels.Warehouse Operations:
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.Implement and enforce warehouse safety standards and procedures.Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and repairs.Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.Ensure all work operations are done in accordance with the Safety regulations set by the organization, and that safety is always the top priority.IT Integration:
Leverage warehouse management systems (RTPro) and other IT tools to streamline operations.Integrate warehouse operations with other IT systems, such as ConnectWise.Troubleshoot IT issues related to warehouse operations.Stay up-to-date on the latest warehouse technology trends.Client Support:
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific inventory and logistics needs.Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding inventory status and order fulfillment.Resolve client issues and concerns related to warehouse operations.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors:
Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.Proficiency in warehouse management systems and other IT tools.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a technology-focused environment.Certifications:

Budgeted Pay Range: $33.00-$35.00/hourly
Physical Demands:
Sedentary Work – Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
