The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse management and possess strong organizational and leadership skills. This role involves overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks in the office.Primary duties and responsibilities:Warehouse Operations:Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.Oversee the Popcake Commercial machine refurbishment program.Ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.Implement and oversee inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and ensure optimal stock levels.Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and comply with safety regulations.Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall supply chain performance.Prepare and analyze warehouse reports, including inventory levels, shipment accuracy, and productivity metrics.Office Management:Oversee day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, record keeping, and correspondence.Handle scheduling and coordination of meetings, events, and appointments.Address and resolve any office-related issues or conflicts in a timely manner.Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking for both warehouse and office operations.Support other departments with administrative functions as needed.Experience/Skills:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.Proven experience in managing teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management.Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and warehouse management software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physically demanding tasks.Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including exposure to varying temperatures and conditions.Compensation:Base salary plus performance bonus.Healthcare.Competitive annual leave package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
