Job Description:
The Green Air Group is a leading provider of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing and electrical solutions, committed to delivering exceptional service and products to our customers. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse and Fleet Manager to join our team and oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse, procurement activities, and fleet management. Job SummaryThe Warehouse and Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, procurement of parts and equipment, and fleet management. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing, efficient warehouse operations, and the effective management of our vehicle fleet.Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including tasks such as receiving, storing, and distributing parts and equipment.
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained and enforce proper stock rotation.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to make sure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Procurement:
  • Manage the procurement process for all parts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings by securing contracts, favorable pricing, and favorable terms.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure the availability of quality and reliable products.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and track them.
  • Ensure the timely creation of accurate purchase orders and delivery schedules.
Fleet Management:
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of the company's fleet of vehicles.
  • Develop and execute fleet management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper licensing, insurance, and compliance with safety regulations for all vehicles.
  • Monitor fleet performance and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
RequirementsJob Requirements:
  • Experience working with ServiceTitan is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation and supplier management.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • This position requires on-site presence at our location in Freeport, Florida.
Preferred Skills:
  • Understanding of HVAC systems and their components.
  • Proficiency in working with ERP systems.
Experience & Education/Certification:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, procurement, and fleet management is required, ideally in the HVAC industry.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
