Job Description:•Position Detailso Quantity Needed: 1o Type of Resource Requested (ex: RN, Physician Assistant, etc.): Ultrasound Technologist - must be vascular certified.o Position Title (Specialty): Ultrasound Technologisto Length of contract (ex: 13 weeks): 13 weekso On-call (Y/N): Y§ If yes, what are the on-call requirements? Call rotates between staff and is only Friday/Saturday/Sunday. The others are covered by the midnight tech. Usually 2-3 days per month. Agency call can be worked to be the weekend they are working, not the weekend they are off if needed.o Hours Per Shift (ex: 8, 10, or 12): 12o Shift Start Time: Week 1: Thursday, Friday 0700-1930 Sunday 900-2130 Week 2: Monday0600-1830 Tuesday, Wednesday 0700-1930 This model allows for full time hours and gives one week off every other week.•Department Specific Details (ex. nurse/patient ratio, float or weekend requirements, charting, equipment, special qualifications, or certs.): Epic documentation. We have OB at this facility.
