Apply today!Job DetailsShift: 2nd, Sunday 2:30pm-complete, and Monday-Thursday 4pm-completeResponsibilitiesManage the Warehouse Supervisors and their teams, tracking attendance, coaching, and leading associates with a view to employee growth and development.Direct warehouse activities to ensure efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing inventory.Maintain process management, productivity measures, and quality controls.Review, track and analyze critical success measures and compare the results with the targets on a regular basis. Develop and plan for improvement in areas such as order filling errors, late deliveries and overall service levels.Respond to production problems by implementing solutions.Enforce compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety roles and government regulations.Study current and future needs of the company regarding receiving, stocking, inventory, returns, shipping, and order filling; recommend improvements to promote efficiency, accuracy, faster service and lower costs.Prepare or assist in the preparation of the department budget and manage to the budget.Ensure cleanliness of facility.Perform related duties as assigned.EducationRequires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.Work ExperienceRequires 5+ years directly related and progressively responsible experience, including 2+ years at a supervisory level.Skills and KnowledgeAbility to establish and maintain positive working relationships with distribution center associates; foster teamwork, coach and develop employees.Must be willing to work extended hours, take part in weekend on-call rotation, as needed, to meet productivity goals and provide emergency service to customers.Must be willing to participate in physical inventory, as scheduled.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Good negotiating skills.Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of warehouse operations and systems, engineered standards and regulatory compliance matters.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work in a production-driven environment.Strong analytical and mathematical skills.Knowledge of computers to operate effectively in Microsoft Office products.What Cencora offersWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members' ability to live with purpose every day.
