Warehouse Manager, who is responsible to oversee and manage business processes and systems for overall distribution operations, including order fulfillment, warehousing, inventory control management, and shipping. This position is at our
Pembroke, North Carolina facility.RESPONSIBILITES:
- Manage overall distribution and warehouse operations for Steven Charles
- Provides supervision and direction for distribution and warehouse managers and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate transfer of ingredients and finished products.
- Coordinates the efficient movement of materials.
- Provides cost effective, efficient, and traceable movement of product both inbound and outbound.
- Works with logistics manager to most cost effectively ship LTL (less than truckload) shipments in a timely manner.
- Investigates inventory variances to determine root causes and implements procedures to remedy any variances.
- Maintain KPI fill rate of 98% or higher
- Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures and material control systems based on company objectives and guidelines.
- Ensures compliance of all safety policies and OSHA throughout all operations.
- Understands the management of Quality Systems and is familiar with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices which help ensure the safety within the workplace and the production of a safe and quality product.
REQUIREMENTS
- Four year degree and at least 10 years of experience in related positions
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Solid computer skills.
- Previous management experience required
- Strong ability to lead and mentor direct reports
- Must be familiar with ERP, lean manufacturing, and supply chain management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
