Job Description:
Warehouse Operations Intern - Summer 2025 Responsible for performing inventory audits and cycle counts in the bulk, finished goods, and dry storage departments, scanning documents into Epicor, delivering UPS and FedEx packages, conducting counts of non-inventoried shipping and receiving items, and organizing corrugate for damaged case repair. Also responsible for assisting with warehouse projects and documentation. Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cycle counts and aisle audits to maintain accurate inventory levels in Plymouth and Oostburg.
  • Run inventory queries, import results into an Excel spreadsheet, and investigate the results.
  • Perform data entry, create reports, and maintain spreadsheets for warehouse projects.
  • Assist with warehouse documentation.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Inventory Control Manager, Warehouse Operations Manager, and/or Executive Vice President.
What You Can Offer
  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program related to Supply Chain.
  • Previous Microsoft Excel experience preferred. Inventory control and forklift experience a plus.
  • Must have excellent mathematical and analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and accuracy.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook products.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Forklift certified or willing to become certified.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel between Plymouth and Oostburg locations.
