**Warehouse Operations & Logistics Lead**

at Dragonfly Houston, TX We seek a Warehouse Operations and Logistics lead to join the team at Pattern Pop.

Pattern Pop is an eCommerce business that specializes in personalized home dcor and gifts. We sell on Amazon, Wayfair, Etsy, Shopify and to smaller wholesale companies. We were recently acquired by a larger company and are looking to grow quickly.

We seek a high-caliber and well-rounded operations and logistics lead with the capability to help drive our ambitious vision.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

* You will take a role of significant ownership with our business

* You will learn the ins and outs of running an ecommerce business

* You will identify opportunities to improve our business and help prioritize them

* You will assist in the management of product inventory, reconciliation of invoices, perform quality assurance, and built and maintain solid relationships with external partners

* You will work cross functionally with our finance and ERP teams to maintain accounting documentation

* You will provide exceptional customer service support and focus on unparalleled customer experience

* You will lead the effort to grow our wholesale business and foster our current wholesale relationships

* 1+ year(s) of full time work experience in a buyer, business associate, or analyst role

* Organized productive work style; loves the feeling of getting things done
