Our front of the house staff has a collective 50-plus years of rental industry experience, and our dedicated and loyal delivery team includes multiple employees who have been with us for more than 10 years. As our Warehouse Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our warehouse. You will oversee a team of warehouse staff, manage inventory, maintain equipment, and ensure timely deliveries to meet client needs. This is a dynamic and demanding position that requires a strong leader with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Job Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and motivate warehouse & delivery personnel.
- Conduct performance reviews
- Provide training and development opportunities.
- Ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Hire, onboard, develop/train, and hold warehouse & delivery personnel accountable.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Monitor equipment condition and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Coordinate equipment cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Logistics and Delivery:
- Oversee the packing and loading of equipment for deliveries.
- Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival at event locations.
- Coordinate with drivers and event setup teams.
- Resolve any delivery issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure delivery vehicles are clean and well-maintained.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding equipment availability and delivery.
- Address any concerns about equipment condition or functionality.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Respond to and/or coordinate response for after-hours event emergencies.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and inventory checks.
- Analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement.
- Research and implement new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the event rental industry.
- Proven track record of successful team leadership and employee development.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer software including inventory management systems and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification and experience operating other warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Ability to understand and speak Spanish a plus.
$65,000 - $85,000 a year
