The Logistics Operations Specialist oversees all aspects of receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. They are responsible for scheduling and assigning tasks to warehouse employees and monitoring their performance. Inventory management is a key responsibility, involving physical counts and data reconciliation. The Logistics Operations Specialist oversees customer and trucking company coordination for inbound and outbound schedules, as well as managing the processes for goods consolidation and deconsolidation.
