Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Special Project Senior Manager at Richer Agencia Aduanal (3PL, Customs Broker) in Laredo, TX. As a Senior Manager, you will oversee warehouse operations, manage the team, streamline processes, and ensure the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics
• Analytics experience is requiered, with high experience in Excel, Power BI and other data softwares
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field is a plus plus
