Position Summary:
TheGroup Leader (Warehouse Supervisor)is responsible for supervising hourly employees in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Responsible for the management functions of a fast-paced high technology lean based warehousing/supply chain operation. Accountable for the efficient use of people and resources to achieve financial and operational goals for the department.

This role will be a part of the warehouse operations and will be supervising 20 direct reports on second shift. The team will span across the department in multiple functions including Warehousing of production and Aftermarket parts, receiving, and shipping.
