**WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE ANDOVER (****various shifts available****)** **Rewards:**

* Starting salary of 10.18 per hour 12.44 per hour in chill environment (FTE).

* Overtime paid at basic 1.5.

* 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays (FTE).

**Role Summary:**

Come and work in our warehouse in Andover! You dont need to have any pervious experience to join our friendly team.

Health & Safety plays a strong role within our working environment and you will need to take responsibility toward safe

working practices, as well as undertaking training courses such as first aid, fire warden and fork lift etc. The role is hands on and you will need to have a passion for attention to detail, with a sense of pride and determination in your work that ensures our customers always receive outstanding service.

**Responsibilities:**

* Organization of packing area.

* Packing customer orders into our environment friendly boxes or filling shelf with goods.

* Cleaning and maintaining your area or equipment.

* Adherence to all Abel & Cole health and safety policies and practices at all times.

* **** Act as an ambassador for our B Corp values: make all decisions with our social and environmental impact in mind and look for opportunities, no matter how small, to use our business as a force for good.
