Warehouse & Palletizing Operator (Replenishment Technician)

Primary Responsibilities:
Will include but not be limited to palletizer, conveyor and blast cooling operation, order selecting, truck loading, inventory control, housekeeping as well as problem solving, learning & teaching and daily reporting. Computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications and pivot tables are a plus.
Essential functions:
- Transport pallets from rack staging areas and to designated areas as needed.
- Drive a forklift that has clamps attached to pick up and move product from one pallet to the next.
- Use computer and/or radio frequency identification unit (RFID) to record and track product.
- Ability to read, understand, execute and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on automated palletizers, conveyors and blast cooler.
- Performs clerical duties involved in the shipping of materials.
- Compares identifying information and counts.
- Affixes shipping labels on and examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
- May keep records on outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment.
- Write daily reports.
- Responsible for maintaining quality control, production goals and proper rotation of products.
- Must maintain good attendance.
- Maintain safe work practices.
- Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.
- Other duties and special projects as requested.
Minimum Requirements Include:
- High school diploma, G.E.D., College courses/technical training preferred.
- Applicants who possess a strong background in leadership and a history of learning and teaching are desired.
- 3 to 5 years of previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse atmosphere or leadership position.
- Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment (i.e., forklift, pallet jack, stock pickers, etc.) required.
- Strong mechanical ability, troubleshooting skills and detail-oriented required.
- Must be able to understand and follow all GMP and Safety requirements, must be able to lift 75 pounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. OneNote and Pivot tables a plus).
- Ability to work in a cold environment (34°).
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

$20+/hr
