**Warehouse Operator (Full Time - 2nd Shift) Watertown, WI** Shift/Work Schedule **Second Shift -5, 8 hr shifts. 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm Sunday-Thursday** Employment duration **Full-time** Pay range **$18.85 per hour + $1.00 Shift premium** **Second Shift Warehouse - $18.85 per hour + $1.00 shift premium**

Hours on third shift start Sunday at 9:30pm and end on Thursday morning at 6:00 am with the potential for overtime work.

**Job Summary**

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Lead Personnel and Shift Supervisor, the Equipment Operator safely and efficiently operates warehouse palletizers, and forklifts. This position will also perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Person and Management.

** **Job Duties/Essential Functions****

* Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including single and doublewide pallet-handling forklifts and yard tractor.

* Monitor the quality of product and raw materials being shipped or received and notify management of any inconsistencies.

* Operate bar code equipment efficiently and accurately.

* Load and unload semi-trucks.

* Maintain quality standards for all processes and functions within assigned duties.

* Accurately complete all required documentation on a timely basis.

* Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on machines as needed.

* Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures on machines and work area.

* Assist in Production assignments as needed.

* Comply with all safety, GMP, and sanitation standards and procedures.

* Lift up to 40 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

* Frequently climb stairs, reach above shoulders, bend and twist at waist.

* Stand/walk or sit for extended periods of time.

* Be able and available to work overtime as needed (up to 64 hours/week).

* Required to adhere to all Food Safety Polices and Guidelines.

Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age and have a high school equivalent education, preferred.

* Requires basic mathematical, computer, and English reading and writing skills.

* Mechanical aptitude and physical agility helpful.

* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

* Frequently climb stairs, reach above shoulders, stand/walk for extended periods, bend and twist at waist and neck.

* Ability to meet all other physical requirements of the position.
