Our Warehouse Order Selectors average between 40-50 hours per week and make $19.50 per hour, increasing to $23.50 after training, plus incentive pay opportunities based on performance. This position is in a Step Progression Pay Range.Our warehouse teammates move product through our DCs quickly and safely, ensuring orders are filled and loaded for deliveries with a high degree of accuracy and great sense of urgency while safely meeting productivity/quality standards with McLane established guidelines. - Starting Pay: $19.50 Per Hour | Increases to $23.50 Per Hour/Incentive Pay (After meeting productivity standard)
- Paid Bi-Weekly
- 4-day work week (Monday-Sunday)
- Start Time: 8:00 AM for (Cooler Team) and (Freezer Team) | 10:00 AM (Dry Team)Must work until finish
- Electric Pallet Jack (Ride-On) Experience (Preferred)
- Will utilize a ride-on electric pallet jack to select and build orders on pallets for some of the most beloved brands in the world.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Previous pallet jack experience preferred.
- Warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
- Able to work in a subzero environment.
