Schedule A1: Working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday; off on Monday and Tuesday. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $26.75 | Year 2 - $27.50 | Year 3 - $28.25 | Year 4 - $28.25 | Year 5 - $29.25
Schedule A2: Working Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday; off on Wednesday and Thursday. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $26.75 | Year 2 - $27.50 | Year 3 - $28.25 | Year 4 - $28.25
Schedule B: Three-week rotating schedule working Saturday and Sunday 2 of every 3 weeks. When scheduled to work on Saturday and Sunday, 2 consecutive weekdays will be scheduled off. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $24.75 | Year 2 - $25.50 | Year 3 - $26.25 | Year 4 - $26.25
Schedule C: Four-week rotating schedule working Saturday and Sunday every other weekend. When scheduled to work on Saturday and Sunday, 2 weekdays will be scheduled off. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $23.75 | Year 2 - $24.50 | Year 3 - $25.25 | Year 4 - $25.25
Schedule D: Working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; off on Saturday and Sunday. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $22.75 | Year 2 - $23.50 | Year 3 - $24.25 | Year 4 - $24.25
Duties and Responsibilities: - Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently - Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines - Sorts, organizes and loads merchandise strategically in preparation for shipment - Performs general cleaning duties to achieve warehouse appearance standards - Participates in warehouse inventory counts - Cooperates and interacts effectively with peers and warehouse leadership - Provides input to the warehouse management regarding process improvements - Inspects product and consults with warehouse management regarding quality issues - Assists warehouse management in achieving goals - Performs all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently - Follows ergonomic and safety guidelines - Notifies management regarding product quality and safety concerns - Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications: - Must be 18 years of age or older - Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures - Excellent communication skills - Basic arithmetic skills - Attention to detail - Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Education and Experience: - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements: - Frequently lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds - Frequently move merchandise from warehouse stock - Sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk throughout the warehouse - Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold - Safely operate powered industrial equipment
