Job Title: Warehouse Payoff Specialist Department: Warehouse Lending
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Warehouse Operations Manager Full/Part Time Status: Full-Time
Work Location: Los Angeles, CA Travel Requirement: 0-10%
**Education & Experience**

**Responsibilities & Duties**
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming wires, purchase advices and loan payoff transactions in WLFS
* Perform beginning of day and end of day reconciliation of DDA and GL accounts.
* Process OFAC holds by obtaining additional information from customers.
* Assist with managing the loan pipeline for aging and capacity.
* Communicate with warehouse clients and investors by responding to inquiries via phone call and
* Scan and file supporting documentation related to loan payoff transactions.
* Provide recommendations around efficiencies pertaining to workflow and system
* Perform other duties as assigned including assisting with loan funding and collateral.
* Escalate issues and problems to management
**Job Qualifications/Requirements**
* Preferred: Two years college education in business related field or equivalent
* Preferred: Three to five years experience in residential lending field preferred.
* Preferred: Proficiency in State and Federal regulatory requirements in a multi-state residential lending
* Preferred: Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines
* Preferred: Effective verbal and written communication
* Preferred: Strong organizational skills with a willingness to adapt to change as needed in a fast-paced
* Preferred: Ability to effectively work with department team members and other
