About the Role:Join our dynamic team at Jack Richeson and Company as a Picker Packer! You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.   • Accurately pick, inspect, and pack products according to orders.
  • Prepare and process less-than truckload (LTL) or ground shipments and orders.
  • Ensure correct shipping information is attached and pallets are properly prepared for shipping.
  • Maintain clean, neat, and well-organized work areas.
What You Need:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement solutions quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure.
  • Physical ability to lift materials weighing 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs regularly, stand for up to 10 hours a day, and perform repetitive wrist and hand movements.
