Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Warehouse Receiving Specialist. This is a temporary to hire position based onsite in San Jose. The hourly pay is $30.
Function: Responsible for all aspects of receiving, handling, moving inventory, tracking inventory, cycle counting and warehouse operations.
Reporting to: Senior Warehouse & Production Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Unload, stage, verify inbound product.
Process delivery receipts in ERP system.
Ensure all paperwork is processed and turned in.
Handle all discrepancies in a timely manner.
Monitor inventory at JIT/storage to ensure stock availability at JMSR.
Inventory support.
Fulfilment support.
International support.
Assist Material handling when needed.
Kit creation and bundle building.
Pull Larger orders for 3PL fulfilment
Assist in International order fulfilment.
Understanding of computer ERP system.
Physical and Environmental Conditions:
Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push and pull a pallet jack. Being able to stand and process orders. Position requires periods of time on feet and sitting. Need to be able to bend and shift at the bent position.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
A strong background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery and inventory.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Good judgment and decision-making abilities
Strong organization skills and the ability to multitask
High level of initiative and ability to work well individually and in a team environment
Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
Flexible and able to quickly adjust as the situation changes
Ability to problem-solve, meet deadlines, and effectively escalate issues to the appropriate individuals
Understanding of Warehouse functions and processes.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems
