Shift Lead I - Ashley, IN TPM3rd shift, overnights (Sun-Thu)

Position Purpose:
The Shift Lead is responsible for serving as a functional subject matter expert and peer leader to assigned area on the floor. The Shift Lead should display knowledge of forklift operations and sort operations. This employee supports the Operations Supervisor in ensuring teams deliver superior customer satisfaction by driving results and exceeding expectations in the key areas of safety, service, quality, and cost. Specific responsibilities include directing the work of forklift and sort operations, including filling in to support the team as needed. Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and/or logistics environment is preferred.
