Essential Duties and Responsibilities to which competency will be measured include the following and are required for possible advancement:
- Ability to learn how to use all company lift trucks correctly and safely.
- Ability to learn how to enter and retrieve data from the computer system.
- Ability to learn how to stock domestic product correctly.
- Ability to identify and match product numbers from Pick slip(s) to cartons in location.
- Ability to pull product from location in a timely manner. (2 and a half minutes per line item)
- Must have above average mathematical skills.
- Must have above average handwriting skills.
- Must be able to work at heights of 16 to 20 feet.
- Must be able to consistently bend and lift packages weighing on average 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to self-motivate.
- Maintain cleanliness in a prescribed manner
