JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving of incoming products and restocking shelves with products in their assigned locations.
- Shipping out products by various carriers.
- Making sure paperwork is correct and accompanies all shipments-both incoming and outgoing.
- Unloads steel trucks and helps put steel in correct locations.
- Pulls parts for work orders that are going through the shop and distributes them to the work areas.
- Pulls parts from inventory and distributes them to work in process areas that are located throughout the plant. Parts and components are usually in baskets or skids.
- Make sure work orders and picking sheets are correct and picking sheets are with picked parts.
- Helps resolve inventory issues.
- Responsible for keeping shelves clean and neat and keeping floor area throughout the plant with electric scrubber.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
