General SummaryThe Warehouse / Shipping and Receiving Associate is apart-time position offering 4 to 5 days a week.Hours may vary as needed.The ability to checkincoming and outgoing merchandise against orders to assure shipping andreceiving accuracy is a must. The ability to organize and maintain a wellorganized warehouse is required. Must be able to lift and stand for lengthyperiods of time. Working in an Warehouse environment is required. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. *Assure allincoming and outgoing merchandise is received or shipped against orders toassure correct inventory * Some computer orHand held device may be used to check in orders *Organizing andMaintain organization in the Warehouse Area *Separate largeorders to be divided to 6 store locations *Ability tooperate a Forklift *Work with othersfor direction as well as the ability to work alone Physical Demands *Standing,walking, and climbing. *Heavy Lifting andsome overhead lifting *Forkliftoperations *Working in aWarehouse environment
