Our firm is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to support our customer, the Department of State, in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area to include Springfield, Virginia as a **Warehouse Site Manager**. This individual will be performing overall management of physical warehouse operations and act as a senior-level logistician professional responsible for directing the requisition, distribution, and delivery functions. Must be a US Citizen and hold a Secret Security Clearance.

**Education/Experience Requirements:**
* Four-year college degree and eight years of verifiable experience in logistics management and management of people.
**Position Details:**
* Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems.
* Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements. Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation.
* Design and implement strategies to minimize the cost or time required to move goods.
* Acts as a change agent to lead and train employees in the use and understanding of quality tools like: Lean Six Sigma, quality awareness, CMMI.
* Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive, affordable, and effective program.
