About This Role The warehouse control specialist ensures that PSI maintains accurate inventory levels by ensuring accurate counts, location integrity, and transactional accuracy for both trucks and warehouse inventory.based out of our growing Gypsum, CO office. What You'll Do Here

  • Complete and schedule monthly cycle counts of trucks and warehouse
  • Hold technicians and warehouse staff accountable for inventory accuracy
  • Inventory equipment monthly
  • Manage completion of full physical counts of warehouse and trucks bi-annually
  • Assist in full physical count reconciliation
  • Update counts in inventory management software
  • Maintain an accurate physical count inventory for both trucks and warehouse
  • Provide reports for cycle count and full count variance for both dollar and quantity variance
  • Perform quarterly audits, ensuring that material is maintained in its proper location at all times
  • Perform transfers in inventory management software as needed for material movements
  • Manage the truck stocking/bin layout mapping
  • Manage setup of new vehicle stock to ensure timely completion for adding a vehicle to the fleet
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure no stock outs and communicate items at risk
  • Remove/monitor items with low or no usage from stock
  • Remove/monitor obsolete items from stock
  • Remove/monitor out of box items
  • Load and unload parts and equipment
  • Drive a 16' box truck and operate a lift gate and pallet jack
  • Organize parts and equipment and securely tie-down for safe transportation
  • Check and verify orders to confirm items, quantity, and condition
  • Organizing and cleaning warehouse and trucks
  • Receiving, restocking, and counting inventory
  • Work with Warehouse Manager to ensure all inventory issues are handled quickly
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse
  • Provide, responsive, clear, concise, and consistent communication with internal customers
  • Always be resourceful and proactive
  • Other tasks as assigned

  • Must have a clean and insurable driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel
  • Self-starter/resourceful - able to work, learn and plan with minimal guidance to drive task to conclusion

  • Capable of learning on the fly with a focus on problem-solving
  • A self-motivated leader who is accountable for one's work
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data

Working Conditions/Physical Demands
  • Must consider safety one's primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements.
  • To adequately perform the duties of this job the team member is regularly and routinely required to sit; stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls; hear, and talk.
  • Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces.
  • The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50+ lbs is required.
  • The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work - employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons.
  • This role is expected to work Monday through Friday from 7:30am-5pm, with occasional on call weeks
The pay for this position is $23-$25/hour or more depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location, plus performance based incentives. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
